The Challenge:

Mitani (Thailand) is an affiliates of Mitsui Group. Mitani produces several lines of Mitani (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is using RPICS which is ERP solution developed in Japan. Because of lack of support for Financial and Accounting requirements, limited functionalities, and Thai localization, Mitani (Thailand) is looking for solution to improve its operation in Inventory, Financial & Accounting as a first priority

The Solution:

We are implementing mySAP ERP for Mitani (Thailand) Co.,Ltd, a subsidiary of Mitsui Chemical Group. They plan to implement full-scale ERP system but want to improve inventory accuracy and Financial & Accounting in first phase. The SAP modules are MM, FI and CO

Many complexities were handled within this implementation which is planned to be completed in 4 months time.
