Because of business expansion and growth, CCS is looking for solution that can serve with future business requirement of the company.
The Solution:
We are implementing SAP A1 for this Auto Supplier. The preconfigured modules are FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM.
Many complexities were handled within this implementation which is planned to be completed in 4 months time. Both assembly line and job shop production scenarios in three companies, with Thai localization, BOI regulations, Equipment calibration are some examples of challenges faced in this first SMB implementation.
This has led to the development of our own SMB Automotive / Hi-Tech Template from the Business configuration sets for future implementations.
